“Ryan pushed every actor involved in the purchase of my new home. When other parties dragged their feet Ryan called, texted, and emailed every one of the party's peripheral contact until we got a response and moved forward another step.

Ryan drove ad-hoc to a specific house over an hour away from him on a Thursday. Ryan did the work it takes to buy a house, but he was also available to explain or receive feedback on paperwork. He would text if he couldn't answer the phone, and call as soon as he was free. Though there was an emergency in his life during his time working with us, and he was transparent about his up coming absence. At this time Ryan had already proven he was reliable, but he asked for our understanding and got right back to moving the ball forward a few days later as he promised.
